Club Bulletin	Responsibilities: To produce an effective communication link to the club membership on a regular basis and to report to the full membership the happenings of the club, including business discussed at board meetings. Chairperson and Editor: Patti Leeke
Finance/Fund Raising	Responsibilities: To organize and budget all fund raising projects and to provide input to the president and board on budgeting funds. Chairperson: Margaret Moore

Public Relations	Responsiblities: To promote any projects or activities that the club is sponsoring and to provide publicity for all projects, including newspaper and radio spots; poster and flyers. Chairperson: Shane Dotson, Ben Parker
Scrapbook	Responsibilities: To compile a scrapbook with newspaper clippings, photos, memetos from special events and happenings of the club and its members and to make it available for viewing by prospective and new members. Chairpersons: Francis Lin and Hattie Barham
Spiritual Aims	Responsibilities: To create a goal of greater individual and public consciousness of the importance of religious and spiritual values, and by manifesting a desire to do good and be kind. Chairperson: Bill Hairston Members: Robert Wood, George Hickman
